白骨壤果精油化学成分的GC/MS分析

摘　　要：白骨壤果作为民间食物原料具有丰富的营养成分和珍贵的药用价值。该文用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白骨壤果精油,经气相色谱-质谱联用分析,对相对质量分数大于0.2%的35个峰进行了鉴定,共鉴定出30种化合物,占总油量的90.24%。精油主要成分为棕榈酸甲酯,占总油量的41.91%,其余分别为对乙烯基苯甲酸甲酯(9.68%)、(9Z,15Z)-9,15-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(8.28%)、2,6-二氟苯甲酸-3,5-二氟苯酯(6.74%)、硬脂酸甲酯(3.97%)、油酸甲酯(3.17%)、正己醛(2.31%)、9-氧代壬酸甲酯(2.21%)、植酮(1.49%)、植醇(1.40%)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(1.20%)、二十烷(0.92%)。该文报告工作的新颖性已为广东省科学技术情报研究所于2008年11月10日出具的第20081915号《科技查新报告》所证实。As the folk food material, the fruits of Avicennia marina have rich nutrient components and precious herb values. The essential oil from the fruits of Avicennia marina was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC/MS technique. 30 compounds among 35 peaks which relative mass fraction is greater than 0. 2% were identified, accounting for 90. 24% of the essential oil. The main constituent of the essential oil is methyl palmitate（41.91% ）,the other main constituents are methyl p- vinylbenzoate （ 9. 68 % ）, methyl ester（ 9Z, 15Z） -9,15-octadecadienoic acid （ 8. 28 % ）, 3,5-difluorophenyl ester 2, 6-difluorobenzoic acid （ 6. 74% ）, methyl ester octadecanoic acid （ 3.97% ）, methyl oleate （3. 17% ）, n-caproaldehyde （ 2. 31% ）, methyl ester 9-oxononanoic acid （ 2. 21% ）, hexahydrofarnesyl acetone （ 1.49% ）, phytol （ 1.40% ）, diethyl phthalate （ 1.20% ） and eicosane （0. 92% ）, respectively. The novelty of this work was confirmed in Technology Novelty Search Report No 20081915 by Guangdong province Institute of Scientific and Technological Information on November 10,2008.
