摘　　要：采用Nb复合微合金化、直接淬火、回火工艺(DQT),工业性试制了Q690E高强度结构用钢中厚钢板,其成分、力学综合性能完全符合GB16270-1996标准要求,该工艺设计具有较高的推广运用价值。Under the industrial test conditions ,the process of Nb combined microalloying, direct quenching and tempering are emloyed,the high strength steel plates are devoloped. The chemical composition, mechanical property completely accord with the requiremennts of national standard GB16270 - 1996. The process design has better value of application and extension.
