摘  要:针对化学化工专业本科生有机化学实验教学,设计了微波辐射下乙酸乙酯合成实验,讨论了反应温度、辐射功率及辐射时间对反应收率的影响,并优化了反应条件。结果表明,微波下乙酸乙酯的合成简单、安全以及产率较高。The syntheses of organic chemicals under microwave radiation have been developed very quickly in recent years. Microwave assistant was one of the important techniques in this field. The experiment of synthesis ethyl acetate under microwave radiation was designed for chemistry and chemical engineering major students. The influence of reaction temperature, irradiation power and time on yield was discussed as well. The results show that the synthesis of ethyl acetate under microwave radiation is a method of simplity,security,rapidity with high efficiency.
