摘　　要：结合土木工程专业本科生教学进程和课程设置，通过分层次、系列地组织开放性实验，达到提高学生的知识应用能力、工程实践能力的目的，并对学生学习阶段中工程技术应用的全过程培养进行了探讨。Combining the teaching management plan with traditional teaching procedure in civil engineering, the opening structural experiments were set up in the structural laboratory, which was performed by students in series according to the different teaching phases, in order to enhance the students＇ ability to apply engineering theory to practice and improve their practical skills. The practical ability education in technical subjects and the ways to improve the comprehensive qualities are also discussed for undergraduates.
