摘　　要：简述了传统PCR、实时定量PCR以及多重PCR技术的基本原理及在植物检疫中的应用,分析了目前PCR技术存在的问题和应用前景。The fundamental principles of PCR technologies including the traditional PCR, real-time quantitative PCR and multiplex PCR, and the application of these techniques to plant quarantine were briefly introduced. The technical problems related to PCRs and the application prospect were expounded in the paper.
