摘 要:目的为了控制春柴胡药材的质量,对不同产地、不同采收期春柴胡药材黄酮类成分的指纹图谱进行了研究。方法对测定指纹图谱的仪器,流动相、检测波长等条件进行了优选,建立了液相指纹图谱测定条件,并进行了方法学考察。结果10批春柴胡指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱计算相似度,其结果均大于0.90。结论通过建立10批江苏句容产春柴胡样品的HPLC共有模式,实验结果客观、准确。为控制该地区春柴胡的质量和建立该品种的质量标准提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To carry out a fingerprint study on the content of flavones in Radix Bupleuri grown in different places and harvested during different seasons. METHOD Optimization was carried out on the fingerprint equipment, mobile phase and detection wavelength, so as to establish detection conditions and methods. RESULT The fingerprint of ten different kinds of the herb was compared with the control fingerprint for similarities, with a result of over 0.90. CONCLUSION HPLC common mode of the ten different kinds of Radix Bupleuri grown in Jurong was established, with objective and accurate results. This study provides evidence for the quality control and establishment of quality standards of Radix Bupleuri grown in this district.
