摘 要:应用CFD软件Fluent对300QW 930-15-55双流道式污水泵内部流场进行数值模拟.结果表明,固相颗粒从叶轮进口至出口几乎都聚集于流道中下部,沿流道中线前进,且随着体积分数的增加,这种现象越明显;随着颗粒直径的增大,颗粒体积分数越高、越紧密,亦即高体积分数、大颗粒的固相介质大多数均是从叶轮流道中间通过叶轮,并且对于体积分数分布,颗粒粒径要比颗粒体积分数影响大.这种固相运动规律证明了流道式污水泵输送固液两相流介质具有效率高,抗堵塞、缠绕和耐磨蚀的特点.Through numerical simulation on the 300QW930-15-55 double-channel sewage pump interior flow field,volume fraction distribution rules for solid-phase were explored by using CFD software Fluent.The results show that solid particles are centralized on the mid-lower part of channel from inlet to outlet of impeller,going along the midline of flow channel;and this phenomenon is more significnt with the increasing of particle volume fraction.With the particle diameter increasing,particle volume fraction is higher and closer.Solid-phase mediums with high volume fraction and large particles are flowing to the outlet from the mid channel of impeller.Furthermore,comparing with the particle volume fractions,the particle diameter has larger influence on volume fraction distribution for solid-phase in the impeller.These discoveries of solid phase movement provide references for designing high efficiency,anti-clogging,enlacing and corrosion resistance sewage pump.
