高耐候、耐污外墙乳胶涂料的配方设计

摘　　要：在对影响建筑外墙乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性的3个重要因素——颜基比(P/B)、颜料体积浓度(PVC)和基料分析的基础上,进行高耐候、耐污外墙乳胶涂料的配方设计研究.试验结果表明外墙乳胶涂料的遮盖力、耐沾污性随P/B的增大而提高,并且耐候性、耐沾污性在P/B为3.0时有最佳值;在保证PVC<CPVC时,当PVC为0.45时,涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性最好;不同基料对乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐污性影响也不相同,其中尤以氟碳乳液、硅丙乳液作成膜基料的外墙乳胶涂料的耐候性和耐沾污性最好.Based on the analysis of three main factors,the ratio of pigment to binder（P/B）,pigment volume concentration（PVC） and different binder,which affect the weather durability and stain-resistance of exterior wall latex coating,formulation design of high weather-durability and stain-resistance exterior wall latex coating was made.The experimental results show that the resultant exterior wall latex coating covering capacity and the stain resistance increase with P/B increases,and the optimum values of the weather durability and stain resistance appear when the P/B=3.0.When PVC=0.45 with assurance of PVC
