摘　　要：互联网技术的发展和网络的普及,使企业间的商务贸易以及个体消费者之间的闲置物品交易更加自由、快捷。然而,这种数字化的简捷也带来了大量传统商法所无法解决的问题,致使域名欺骗和网络商务侵权事件频频发生。因此,在商法现代化进程中必须对所出现的问题予以解决。With the development and wide use of intemet technology, the commercial trade between enterprises and exchange between individual consumers about unused goods are becoming free and convenient. However, such digital simplicity also brings about a large number of problems which can not be solved by traditional commerce laws, which results in frequent use of false register names and infringement on intemet business. Therefore, the above mentioned problems must be solved during the procedure of modernization of e - commerce laws.
