肾窦内肾盂加肾后唇切开治疗复杂性肾结石63例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复杂性肾结石开放手术治疗的取石方法。方法对63例复杂性肾结石或并发肾盏中小结石患者采用肾盂、肾后唇切开取石。结果全部病例均顺利取出结石,术中不阻断肾蒂,术后并发尿漏3例,结石残留5例。结论肾盂、肾后唇切开取石具有显露充分,结石取净率高,损伤少等优点,尤其适合于肾内肾盂鹿角状结石的治疗。Objective： To explore the surgical treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods： 63 cases with complex renal calculi were treated with an incision of the intrarenal pevis combined with the renal posterior lip. Result： All of the patients were operated successfully, the renal pedicle was not interrupted during the operation, 3 cases with postoperative fistula and 5 cases with residual stones. Conclusion： The procedure with the advantage of sufficient revealment, complete removement of calculi and less injury, was suitable for intrarenal staghom calculi.
