摘 要:挤压态AZ91镁合金经强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)辐照后,辐照表面出现熔坑.通过X射线衍射仪分析样品表层显微结构的变化,发现初始几次电子束脉冲轰击导致表面改性层中析出Mg17Al12相,此时样品耐磨损性能最好,磨痕深度由处理前的12.75μm降为8.89μm;当增加轰击脉冲次数时,Mg17Al12相消失,耐磨性能略有降低.Surface modification of magnesium alloy AZ91 by high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) was investigated in this work. Crater-like defects were found on the modified surface after irradiation of HCPEB. An Mg17Al12 phase was formed in the surface modified layer irradiated by HCPEB at the initial several pulses examined by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The wear resistance of modified samples was the better compared with the samples without irradiation, the depth of wear trace decreased from 12.75μm for initial sample to 8.89 μm for modified samples. When increasing the cycle number of HCPEB pulses for irradiation, the Mg17Al12 phase disappeared and the wear resistance descended slightly. r
