摘　　要：安康供电局利用信息技术,融合自动化智能仓储系统、电能计量资产定位系统、自动检定平台系统,建立了电能计量管理新体系。介绍了安康供电局实现电能计量器具统一管理、集中检定、统一配送,达到电能计量"自动化管理、工厂化检定、物流化配送"的"三化"管理新模式,以及开展电能计量"三化"管理的实施效果。The energy measurement management system is set up by using information technology which integrates automatic intelligent storage technology, energy metering assets positioning system and automatic calibration platform system in Ankang Power Supply Bureau. The new management mode with automatic management, industrialized calibration and logistics distribution has been realized, and energy measurement instrument are managed, calibrated and distributed centrally. The effect of executing new management mode is introduced.
