Analysis of registration withdrawal in our hospital and its countermeasures

摘  要:本研究通过抽样2007年5月1—7日、6月18—24日的门诊退号数,统计退号率为6.8%~7.49%。其后发放退号原因调查问卷3317份,找出可控因素为初检分诊沟通不够、病人多挂号。通过研究达到了缩短工作周期、减少工作缺陷、降低退号率的目的。In this study, the number of registration withdrawal during May 1-7 and June 18-24 was counted and analyzed. It was found that the rate of registration withdrawal was 6.8%-7.49%. Then the questionnaire was distributed to 3317 peoples coming for consultation to show that the controllable factors were inadequate communication upon initial consultation and more registration times. Finally, the countermeasures were taken to shorten working cycle, reduce working deficits and decrease rate of registration withdrawal.
