摘 要:FDI的就业效应按其作用内容可分为就业数量效应和就业质量效应。利用以科布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础的FDI就业效应的计量模型,对我国的相关数据进行实证分析,揭示了FDI对我国就业效应的地区性差异,得出FDI对东、中、西部地区就业数量和质量产生正面的直接效应和负面的间接效应。针对此提出应大力改善西部投资环境;对FDI在地区的流向按技术层次和劳动力素质高低分流;完善外资企业工资的立法制度等。The effects of FDI on the most countries' employment are divided into two factors: the quantity and the quality. This article builds the model of employment effects of FDI basing on Cob-Douglas production functions, enters into empirical analysis with data of the eastern, middle and westem region separately, and gives explanations to all sorts of results of the empirical study. Then some suggestions on bow to improve the effects of FDI on employment are given, such as improving the investment circumstance, sending FDI according to the technology level and the labor quality, advancing the reform of the state-owned enterprises to promote the level of skill and competitiveness, perfecting the wages legislation of foreign invested enterprises.
