商业秘密法律保护的历史考察

摘　　要：商业秘密法律保护经历了古罗马时代、工业革命后、20世纪之后、全球化的时代四个发展阶段。商业秘密的法律保护经历了从粗疏保护到比较周密的保护,从范围狭窄的保护到范围宽泛的保护,从国内法的保护到国际公约的保护历程,呈现出"保护范围日益宽泛"、"保护力度日益加强"及"日益国际化和全球化"三大发展趋势和显著特征。商业秘密法律保护给我们的现实启示是:强化商业秘密保护意识,完善商业秘密保护立法,加大商业秘密保护力度。The legal protection of the trade secrets has experienced in ancient Rome, after industrial revolution, after the 1990s and the Era of Globalization. It has gone through a period time from the incomplete protection to the detail protection, the protection scope has been expanded, the protection has been enhanced and became more and more international. The legal protection of the trade secrets has shown us to strengthen the awareness of the legal protection of the trade secrets, revise and perfect the legislation and enhance the legal protection of the trade secrets.
