医学院校附属医院中科研不端行为的界定与管理对策

摘　　要：论述医学院校附属医学中科研不端行为的特点及可能的原因。产生重大影响的科研不端行为的原因之一就是各基层部门已形成了一种漠示甚而鼓励不端行为的氛围。部分医学院校片面追求学校排名、学术影响力和知名度,一切以科研为导向,忽视人才培养、临床教学与医疗,唯成果与经费论业绩和收入。附属医学医学科研中的不端行为更多地体现在抄袭、剽窃他人科研成果;捏造或篡改科研数据。拥有本科及以下学历的中级、副高级职称人员的不端行为发生的比例相对较高。在医学科研管理中,应采取防微杜渐的有效措施,如科研原始数据的定期检查、论文发表前期审核,以及不端行为发生后的严厉惩罚,加大不端行为的违规成本,在各基层单位形成诚信的科研氛围。To discuss scientific research misconduct in affiliated hospitals of medical college and potential causations. The main factors are the hospital surroundings disregarding of misconducts, even encouraging; Some medical college unilaterally goes in for school grade, academic forces and famousness, and all the Works are subject to scientific reaearch and scientific progress, while staff cultivation, clinical education and medical treatment are disregarded. There are many misconduct behavior such as copy and plagiarism from other productions, fake and falsification of research data.Misconduct occurs mostly in the people with low academic and professional title. Effective and operable measures should be taken, such as regular inspection for research original data, auditing before paper publishing, hell to pay after misconfuct occurrence to increase misconduct costs fo getting out of line.
