摘  要:目的了解广州地区耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)检出情况及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药谱动态变化,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用回顾性调查方法,对本院从2003年1月至2007年12月间临床样本分离的耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的药敏试验进行对比统计分析。结果所分离出的MRCNS 998株,占凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的84.2%,耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对多种常用抗生素高度耐药及多重耐药,对替考拉宁和万古霉素高度敏感,其次为利福平和西夫地酸。结论本地区MRCNS检出率维持在较高水平,替考拉宁和万古霉素可作为经验性治疗MRCNS引起的重症感染的首选,西夫地酸是治疗MRCNS新的选择。Objective To investigate the MRCNS and their dynamic changes of antibiotic resistance spectrum to antibacterial in common use in Guangzhou district, then provide foundation for clinical antibacterial use. Methods Through retrospective examination, to parallel statistical analyze the antimicrobial susceptibility of MRCNS during January 2003 to December 2007. Results The MRCNS isolated are 998 strains,about 84.2 percent of the CNS. The MRCNS are highly and multiple resistant to antibacterials in common use. The MRCNS are highly sensitive to teicoplanin and vancocin. Secondly sensitive drug are rifadin and fusidic acid. Condusion The ratio of MRCNS is high in Guangzhou district. Teicoplanin and vancocin can be the first choice to cure the severe infection caused by MRCNS,and fusidic acid is the new choose to cure MRCNS.
