摘  要:【目的】在分子水平上评价黄淮麦区小麦品种中抗病基因簇Lr37-Yr17-Sr38的存在状况,为培育抗病新品种及抗病品种合理布局提供材料和依据。【方法】利用N基因组特异标记和CAPS标记,结合品种系谱对黄淮麦区126个小麦品种(系)进行分析。【结果】12个小麦品种(系)(兰考906、郑2062、西农739、陕872、小偃216、陕538、陕515、大唐991、户麦928、0020-332、2871和378)中含有Lr37-Yr17-Sr38。【结论】Lr37-Yr17-Sr38在黄淮麦区小麦中有一定分布,初步推测兰考906可能是我国小麦品种中Lr37-Yr17-Sr38抗源的主要传播途径之一。[Objective] The objective of this work was to identify the wheat cultivars containing the Lr37-Yr17-Sr38 using molecular makers, providing materials and theory for new cultivars breeding. [Method] The Lr37-Yr17-Sr38 cluster was detected by PCR marker specific for the N genome, CAPS marker and pedigree and 126 wheat cultivars were analyzed. [Result] Out of 126 cultivars, 12 cultivars (Lankao 906, Zheng 2062, Xinong 739, Shan 872, Xiaoyan 216, Shan 538, Shan 515, Datang 991,0020-332, 2871 and 378) were identified to contain the Lr37-Yr17-Sr38. [Conclusion] To some extent,YrlT-Lr37- Sr38 cluster exists in Huanghuai wheat region. It's presumed Lankao 906 is one of the most important mainly diffuse cultivars of Lr37-Yr17-Sr38 in China.
