发达国家农村信用社的产权形式及启示

摘　　要：随着我国农村信用社改革的逐步深化,新型产权组织模式与运行机制的构建已进入攻坚阶段。由于美国、日本、德国等发达国家的农村信用社发展较早,产权形式已较为成熟,对此进行研究与分析,能给我国的农村信用社产权制度改革带来一些启示,如坚持信用合作制、还社于民、赋予股东相应的权利、完善产权清晰的组织体系等。With the further reform of our rural credit cooperative, the establishment of the new property right and its performing mechanism has entered a critical moment. As the developed countries such as America, Japan and Germany grew their rural credit cooperatives earlier, their property right system have been quite mature. Making an analysis of this can bring some inspirations to the property right reform of our rural credit cooperative, such as： sticking to the credit cooperative system, returning the credit cooperative to the people, endowing the shareholders with the corresponding rights, perfecting the property right system and so on.
