摘　　要：作为我国基层医疗卫生服务的物质基础,卫生资源的合理配置和有效利用一直是我国卫生改革的重要目标之一。文章基于卫生资源配置的视角,从我国农村基层卫生资源现状出发,分析农村基层卫生资源配置失衡的相关影响因素,提出优化卫生资源配置的建议和看法,以促进卫生资源的有效利用,推动我国农村基层医疗卫生服务的发展。As a material foundation for China＇s rural basic medical services, the rational allocation and effective use of health resources has always been one of the health reform＇s key goals. Based on the allocation of health resources perspective, the paper begins with the description of present situation of rural health resources, then, it analyzes related factors of the imbalance in the allocation of health resources, and put forwards some suggestions and views to optimize the allocation of health resources, promote the efficient use of health resources, and push the development of China＇s rural medical services forward.
