长株潭城市群高校节约型校园建设探索

摘　　要：作为全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革试验区长株潭城市群内的高校,理应着力建设节约型校园并在全国起到示范作用。但目前各高校由于能源供需不合理及管理机制不健全等多种原因造成能耗和浪费严重。为此,长株潭城市群各高校应积极做好节能节水宣传工作,大力推进用能管理体制改革,严格执行校园建设节能原则,力求成为"两型社会"建设中的典范。Being a pilot area of national resource-saving and environment-friendly overall reform, colleges in Chang, Zhu and Tan cities should play the model role of building economical campuses in our country. However, the improper energy supply and imperfect management system in every college result in great energy consumption and waste. In this case, colleges in Chang, Zhu and Tan cities should give active publicity the importance of saving energy and water, push forward the reform of energy management, implement strictly the principle of saving energy in campus so as to be the model in the construction of ＂two-typed society＂.
