摘　　要：目的:讨论运用医疗统计方法,研究医院有限资源如何有效配置,提高医院社会效益和经济效益。方法:根据国家有关指标规定,结合医院实际情况,运用医疗统计功能,指导医院医疗资源合理性配置。结论:合理应用医疗统计指标,提高医疗整体资源利用率。Objective： Discussed using medical treatment , studying how to install the limited resources of hospital effectively, raised the social performance and economic performances of hospitals. Methods： According to the national relevant index sign, Combined the hospital actual circumstance, used the medical treatment statisticses, guiding the hospital medical treatment resources rationality to install. Conclusions： Used the medical treatment statistical information reasonable, could increase the utilization of the whole resources in hospital.
