摘　　要：目的:了解新疆维吾尔自治区公立医院的偿债、收益和发展能力。方法:收集14家医院2004—2007年的相关数据,采用统计描述的方法了解不同级别医院相关情况。结果:(1)资产负债率在三级医院、二级医院中呈上升趋势;(2)流动比率、速动比率在三级医院呈下降趋势;(3)百元固定资产医疗收入在二级医院呈下降趋势;(4)收支结余增长率除在县级医院呈现为波动变化外,其余各级别医院均呈下降趋势;(5)在经费自给方面,三级医院、二级医院大于1,地州医院、县级医院均小于1;(6)资产报酬率在二级医院、县级医院呈下降趋势。结论:在医院资产增加与服务能力提高的同时,医院普遍负债经营,近年三级医院资产负债率迅速提高。各级医院尚具备一定的偿债、发展与收益的能力。Objective： To understands the debt redemptions, the income develop power for fourteen public hospitals in XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods： Collects 14 hospital 2004--2007 year correlation data, uses the statistical description the method understanding different rank hospital related situation. Results： 1. The property ratio of debt to net worth in the third-level hospital, the second-level hospital assumes the trend of escalation; 2. The current ratio, the quick ratio assume the declining trend in the third-level hospital; 3. Hundred Yuan fixed asset medical service income assumes the declining trend in the second-level hospital; 4. balance of payments rate of increment except, in the county level hospital presents for the fluctuation change outside, other various ranks hospital assumes the declining trend; 5. Is self-sufficient the aspect in the funds, the third-level hospital, the second-level hospital are bigger than 1, the state hospital, the county level hospital are smaller than 1; 6. The property return rate in the second-level hospital, the county level hospital assumes the declining trend. Conclusion： Increases which while the hospital property enhances with the serviceability, the hospital universal on borrowings, recent years the third-level hospital property ratio of debt to net worth rapidly enhanced. All levels of hospitals still had certain debt redemption, the development and income ability.
