影响聚氨酯填缝料耐久性的外界因素研究

摘　　要：合成了双组分聚氨酯填缝料,制备测试试样,探讨了粘结界面状态、粘结界面含水量和填缝料的形状系数对填缝料性能的影响。结果表明,对粘结界面进行处理,保持界面干燥,选择适当的深宽比才能够保证填缝料有优异的耐久性。two-component polyurethane joint sealant was prepared in the paper. The test samples were prepared. The influence of interface state, interface containing water and shape modulus on the performanee of joint sealant were studied. The result shows that dealling with the interface,keeping interface dry and choosing proper ratio of depth and width could make the polyurethane joint sealant own excellent durability.
