摘　　要：环境预警系统的类型和构成研究可为各级政府和企业提供决策依据。通过调研国内外环境预警系统的类型和构成要素,提出石油企业环境预警系统的设想,并对目前存在的问题进行探讨,以实现对环境事件及时预防的作用。The research on the type and structure of environmental early warning system can provide the decision basis for the governments at all levels and enterprises.Based on the investigation on the types and elements of the environmental early warning system at home and abroad,we discussed several exiting problems at present and proposed to develop the environmental warning system in petroleum enterprises,so as to prevent environmental events promptly.
