摘　　要：目的 探讨小儿重症乙型脑炎的诊断与治疗。方法 对55例小儿重症乙型脑炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 所有55例患者，痊愈50例，治愈率为90．9％。死亡1例，死亡率为1．8％，转至上级医院1例。后遗症：癫痫1例，偏瘫2例。结论 根据患儿表现，采用个体化治疗，加用脑细胞营养药物，能减少脑损害，缩短疗程，提高治愈率。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of severe type B encephalitis for young children. Methods To analyze the treatment to 55 children with severe type B encephalitis retrospectively. Results All the 55 cases, 50 cases were cured, the cure rate was 90. 9 %. 1 eases died, death rate was 1.8 %. sequela： 1 ease was epilepsy,2 cases were homiplegia. Conclusion According to the displays, the personalized treatment, adding the brain cell nutrition medicine, can reduce the brain harm, shorten the treatment course, raise the cure rate.
