摘　　要：由中国建筑业协会管理现代化专业委员会、哈尔滨工业大学管理学院、《建筑管理现代化》编辑部主办的"应对国际金融危机中国建筑业与房地产业的机遇与挑战"高层论坛于2009-01-10在哈尔滨工业大学召开。综述了论坛特邀报告人的主题和主要观点,各专题发表人的题目和观点,为中国建筑业与房地产业在国际金融危机环境下健康发展提供了应对策略。This paper introduces the high-level forum on coping with the international finance crisis, the opportunities and challenges for Chinese construction and real estate industry organized by Management modernization professional committee of China Construction Industry Association, School of management in Harbin Institute of Technology, and Construction Management Modernization editorial department. Each topic and main points of view of various speakers in invited lecture and in oral presentation are summarized, which provides strategies and decision-making references for the healthy development of Chinese construction and real estate industry under the condition of international finance crisis.
