摘　　要：如何科学地选择建筑承包商是直接关系到工程项目成败的关键环节,但由于承包商选择方的主观性和承包商信息获取的不完备性,若采用传统选择方法,难以取得良好的效果,并最终影响到业主的利益。针对承包商信息的灰色特征,运用灰色关联模型将承包商信息指标定量化,并对承包商的关联度进行综合评价,该方法有助于最佳建筑承包商选择的科学决策。How to choose the construction contractor scientifically is directly related to the project＇s success or failure. However, because of the subjective evaluation and incomplete information of contractor, it is hard to be evaluated by traditional methods, which eventually influences the interest of the owner. In view of the grey characteristics of the contractors＇ information, the grey relativity model can make quantitative analysis of the information indexes and evaluate the comprehensive value of the relativity concerning contractors. This method is conducive to the objective decision on the selection of the best construction contractor.
