摘　　要：介绍1500 mm活套动力纵剪机的特点,对圆盘刀材质的要求,圆盘刀的组刀、配刀方法,侧间隙和重合量的优化调整做了深入探讨,总结了合理使用圆盘刀提高铝合金带材剪切质量的方法。The features of 1 500 mm slitter operated by the movement loop are introduced.The requirements for material of the disk knives, their combination and matching method, optimization and adjustment of the lateral clearance and overlapping amount are explicated. Also it has summarized the way to improve the quality of aluminum alloy strips through reasonable usage of the disk knife.
