摘　　要：分析了铝合金板式换热器构件的预处理工艺、装配状况、复合板化学成分、钎料层厚度、真空钎焊工艺及工作环境等,找出了导致铝合金板式换热器泄漏的原因。Abstract： Through analyze on metallurgical structure and vacuum brazing technology, the reason that aluminum alloy panel radiator by vacuum brazing leak out is summarized. The influencing factor included that chemical composition of aluminum alloy material, the thickness of clad, pre - treatment on surface, the shape of the big seal, roughness of surface; temperature, holding time, degree of vacuum on vacuum brazing; argon arc welding and environment etc.
