微生态制剂在室温存放过程中的活菌数变化规律

摘　　要：目的检测自制微生态制剂在室温存放过程中的活菌数变化规律。方法在存放的8个月中,采用平板计数法对存放不同时间的菌群活菌数进行统计。结果活菌数量呈动态变化,经历了增殖、迅速下降、相对稳定、又下降、又稳定的过程。存放10 d活菌数高达8.9×1010/ml,之后活菌数呈下降趋势,30 d时降至7.85×1010/ml;50 d时,降至2.14×1010/ml;保存4个月时,活菌数降为6.1×108/ml;8个月时,下降到1.5×108/ml。结论本研究对于微生态制剂的实际应用具有重要参考价值。Objective To analyze how the number of llve bacteria change in microecolagical agent stored under room temperature. Method The number of live bacteria was measured at different time during 8 months of storage under room temperature. Result The number of llve bacteria changed along with time,undergoing a process of increasing first, then drepping,stabilizing,dropping again,and finally stabilizing again. The number was up to 8.9 × 10^10/ml on 10th day, then dropped to 7.85 × 10^10/ml on 30th day,2. 14 ×10^10/ml on 50th day,6.1 × 10^8/ml after 4 months,and 1.5 × 10^8/ml after 8 months. Conclusion This result has important reference value to the application of microecological agents.
