大承气汤证家兔动物模型研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大承气汤证家兔动物模型及其作用机制。方法:将6O只实验兔随机并平均分为空白对照组、病理模型组、模型治疗组及模型验证组,用次碳酸铋喂养、禁水加大肠杆菌内毒素攻毒的方法复制大承气汤证动物模型,观察家兔的体温、腹围等一般情况及热毒指标、津伤指标、瘀血指标的变化,并借以探讨攻下法作用机理。结果:采用次碳酸铋、禁水加大肠杆菌内毒素联合造模的方法所研制的家兔病理模型,在症状、体征及微观变化上基本符合临床大承气汤证的特点。结论:大承气汤确有峻下热结、急下存阴和活血化瘀之功。Objective： To study the animal model of rabbit with syndrome of decoction da cheng qi and the mechanism of action. Method： 60 rabbits were divided into the following groups, blank group, pathological model group, model treatment group and model control group. The animal models of rabbits with syndrome of decoction da cheng qi were made by feeding up with bismuth subcarbonate, having no water, and counteracting toxic substances with Bacillus coli endotoxin. Then observe general state of health such as body temperature, abdomen circumference, toxic heat data, data of injured thin and clear body fluid, and stagnant blood data so as to approach the mechenism of action of purgation. Result： Above animal models were in line with syndrome of decoction da cheng qi in syndromes, signs and micro changes. Conclusion： Decoction da cheng qi has the effect of clearing up accumulation of heat, retaining yin in emergent purgation and promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis.
