摘  要:目的:探讨电针疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症的镇痛机理。方法:建造SD大鼠EMT模型。30只大鼠随机分为空白对照、模型对照、电针治疗共3组。并监测各组大鼠垂体、下丘脑及异位内膜的β-内啡呔(β-EP)与强啡呔(DynA1-13)的含量。结果:模型对照组较空白对照组β-EP与DynA1-13水平均明显降低(p<0.05);电针治疗组其β-EP及DynA1-13含量较模型组显著升高(p<0.05)。结论:电针关元、地机穴可提高中枢及异位内膜组织中β-EP与DynA1-13的含量达到镇痛作用。Objective: To investigate the analgesia effect of galvano-acupuncture therapy on endometriosis (EMT). Methods:EMT model of rats were set up. 30 rats were divided into three groups: normal group, EMT model group, and galvano-acupuncture group. The level of β-EP and DynA1-13 in rats pituitary, thalamencephalon and ectopic endometrium were measured. Results:The level of β-EP and DynA1-13 in EMT model group had reduced markedly compared with the normal group; β-EP and DynA1-13 increased significantly in the galvano-acupuncture group compared with the model group. Conclusions:Galvano-acupuncture Guanyuan and Dijihad the effect of analgesia function on EMT rats by improving the level of β-EP and DynA1-13.
