固定性药疹致敏药物特异检测研究

摘　　要：应用不同可疑致敏药物作为抗原，采用微量全血培养法对３４例ＦＤＥ患者和２０名健康人进行ＳＬＴＴ检测研究。在实验组得到６１．７６％阳性结果，而健康对照组中无１例阳性，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５），初复发患者阳性率一致（Ｐ＞０．０５）。实验结果表明，微量全血培养法ＳＬＴＴ是一个特异性较强、安全。Objective Evaluating specific lymphocyte transformation test (SLTT) in clinical diagnosis for fixed drug eruption(FDE).Method Using various suspected sensitizing drugs as challengers,whole blood cultures were employed for SLTT from 34 patients with FDE and 20 healthy persons.Result 61.76% of FDE samples but none of normal control were positive for SLTT. The differences in the positive rates had statistical significance( P <0.005).Samples from different patients of first onset and recurrence had simillar positive rates.Conclusion These results indicated that SLTT in whole blood lymphocyte cultures was a diagnostic assay with high specificity,safety,and simplicity in vitro.
