摘 要:采用干法灰化处理马来松香样品,用ICP—AES法测定了其中Fe、Al、Zn、Cu、Pb和Ni金属离子的含量。通过正交实验考察了ICP仪器工作参数,结果表明最佳测定条件为射频功率1.3kW,雾化器流量0.70L/min。试样提升量2.00mL/min,辅助气流量0.20L/min,等离子体流量15L/min。方法检出限为0.0002-0.008mg/L,回收率为93.60%~101.34%,相对标准偏差均小于4.45%。此法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好、对环境污染小,可多元素同时测定。The contents of trace elements such as Fe, Al, Zn, Cu, Pb and Ni in the maleated rosin were determined by ICP-AES, and the sample was pretreated by the dry ashing method. The work parameters of the ICP instrument were obtained by orthogonal tests, and the optimal conditions obtained were as follows: RF power 1.3 kW,flow rate of atomizer 0. 70 L/min, sample uptake 2. 00 mL/min, flow rate of auxiliary gas 0.20 L/min, and plasma flow rate 15 L/min. The detection limits were 0. 000 2-0. 006 mg/L. the recoveryrates were 93. 60% - 101. 34%; and the precision was less than 4. 45%. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and producing less environment contamination, and many elements can be determined simultaneously.
