脊痛消胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：通过对腰椎间盘突出症的腰腿痛程度及临床体征进行量化，并以此作为疗效评价指标，对脊痛消胶囊的治疗作用进行临床观察。结果表明，该药有良好的镇痛效果，并能全面改善临床症状和体征，改善病人的生活和工作质量，其治疗优良率为７７．２７％，与对照组相比，有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。The severity of lumbago and scelalgia and the clinical signs of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disk were quantified and used as the indices for evaluating therapeutic effects, and a clinical observation was performed on the therapeutic effect of “JITONG XIAO JIAONANG” (JXJ) (Capsules for Eliminating Spinal Pains). The results showed that JXJ had a good analgetic effect and could remarkably improve the clinical symptoms, signs, and the quality of patient's life and work with an good excellent rate of 77.27% and a significant difference from the controlled group (P<0.05).
