摘　　要：传统的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色时,往往会出现许多技术性难题.作者在长期的实验操作过程中探索出一种新的改良方法,结合大鼠脑组织石蜡切片和免疫组化染色方法的体例,对整个实验过程中操作程序、可能出现的问题、相关的原因及具体的解决方法进行归纳总结,旨在为广大同行提供一种切实可行的技术方案,并得到满意的实验结果.Many technicality problems always exist in the traditional immunohistochemistry method on paraffin section. The author of this article explored a new reformational design after a long experimental operating process. Combining with the paraffin section and immunohistochemieal technique in rat brain tissues, we summarized the entire experimental operation procedure, the questions might be met, the reasons and countermeasures to these questions, in order to provided a feasible technical scheme and achieved satisfactory experimental results.
