摘　　要：暴发性急性胰腺炎病因复杂、病情进展迅猛、并发症多、有较高的死亡率,临床治疗措施纷繁各异,但尚未达成共识的治疗原则。笔者结合自己治疗暴发性急性胰腺炎的治疗体会与近年来国内外的相关文献,探讨对暴发性急性胰腺炎治疗的几点认识,包括:重视与强化其基础治疗,掌握与合理选择手术时机、手术指征、手术方式,并注意把握治疗中的每一个细节。With the characteristics of complicated etiologic factors, rapid processes, multiple complications and high mortality, fulminant acute pancreatitis （FAP） has been treated by all kinds of clinical management, but integrated therapeutic strategies aren＇ t founded. This article focused on some understanding of treatment of FAP combining authors＇ experience and recent references, including as followed, emphasizing elementary treatment of FAP, grasping and choosing reasonable surgical timing, indications and procedures, meanwhile, paying attention to every detail during the process of treatment.
