摘  要:选用无水葡萄糖为对照品,5%苯酚和硫酸为显色剂,以分光光度法测定灵芝中多糖的含量。试验结果表明:在490 nm波长下,标准品含量在10~80μg/ml时,吸光度与含量呈良好的线性关系,在10~180 min内稳定。该方法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高和重复性好,可用于灵芝及其相关产品的多糖检测。Polysaccharides content in Ganoderma lucidum was quantified by spectrometry method using anhydrous glucose as standard and 5% phenol& perchloric acid as color -developing agents. The results showed that the content of the standard was well correlated to its optical density at 490 nm in the range of 10-80 μg with a stability within 10-180 min. The above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, high sensitivity and fine repetition, and it should be helpful for monitoring the quality of Ganoderma lucidum material and related products.
