摘　　要：本文详细的介绍了目前我国医疗器械的生产、开发现状。根据我国人口、医疗机构、床位、专业卫生技术人员等是构成医疗器械消费需求的基本要素和医疗器械的发展趋势，分析了我国医疗器械市场发展前景看好。指出了在开发生产医疗器械过程中，存在着规模小、发展滞后于化学药品、技术含量不高、生产经营秩序缺乏法律、规范化等主要问题。针对上述存在的问题，提出了5条发展建议，希望对我国医疗器械科研部门、生产企业和有关方面有所帮助。This paper dwells on the present situation of production and development of medical apparatus and instruments in China. Since the demand and trend of development of medical apparatus and instruments depend on the conditions of population, medical establishments, hospital beds and medical staff we consider that the domestic marketing has a good prospect. In the development and production of medical apparatus and instruments, it is the main existing problems that business scale is small, its development lags behind that of chemicals, technic content is low and legal norm and standardization are inadequate. Five items of suggestion are put forward on the above-mentioned problems with the hope that they might contribute to research instituts and production business of medical apparatus and instruments.
