摘 要:目的采用不同离子制备阿昔洛韦水滑石插层复合物,并比较其相关性质和体外释放行为的差别。方法将水滑石用不同的酸溶解(硫酸、硝酸、盐酸、醋酸),然后采用共沉淀法制备药物水滑石插层复合物;通过X射线衍射、付立叶红外变换光谱和扫描电镜考察复合物的相关性质,通过桨法测定复合物在不同pH介质中的释放行为。结果制备过程中加入不同离子所得到的复合物的载药量分别是:1.204%(C l-)、1.286%(NO3-)、0.693%(SO42-)、0.852%(OAc-)mg.g-1。加入硫酸根所得到的复合物没有任何缓释作用,且其外观呈褶皱状,有别于其他3种离子所得到复合物的片层结构,而其他3种离子总体上对药物的释放行为影响不大。结论水滑石作为新型药物的载体,可以起到延缓药物释放的作用,在制备过程中加入不同的离子对所得复合物的相关性质和释放行为有一定的影响,值得进一步研究。Objective To prepare acyclovir(ACV)-LDH nanocomposite and evaluate the effective of different anions using during preparation by its drug release property and characterization. Methods LDH was dissolved in different kinds of acid. The composites were prepared by co-precipitation. XRD, PT-IR and SEM were used to examine the crystal pattern and appearance of the microparticles. The drug release from the lay- ered matrix of the clay was tested by paddle method. Results The drug loading capability of the LDH nano- composite was 1.204%(Cl-)、1.286%(NO3-)、0.693%(SO4^2-)and 0.852%(OAc) , respectively. Compared the composites ( SO2- ) with other composites, both drug release property and characterization showed great difference. Conclusions LDH is a new kind of controlled-release vehicle.
