摘　　要：公共就业培训是实现充分就业的重要途径。美国公共就业培训发展至今,具有法律保障健全、培训内容全面、培训具有针对性、符合劳动力市场需求等特征。通过引入市场竞争机制,美国政府得以省心省力,且促进了国内公共就业培训不断优化。The public employment training is an important way to realize the full employment. Until now , The US public employment training have many characteristics. For instence, legal safeguard is healthy, The training projects is comprehensive and training for specific target person, training meet the needs of the labor market etc. The US government can peace of mind and effort by introducing the mechanism of market competition, promote the US public employment training to optimize unceasingly at the same time.
