摘　　要：近年来蒙古国经济快速增长,但并未创造充足的就业岗位;非正规经济部门、采矿业、畜牧业以及弱势群体均面临严峻的失业问题。主要原因在于劳动力市场供求关系不对称、区域发展不平衡、政策法规体系不健全等。为解决上述问题,蒙古国政府积极采取措施,完善政策法规体系,充分发挥矿产业积极作用,规范非正规经济,完善社会保障体系等。The rapid economic growth in Mongolia during recent years have not helped to create sufficient jobs; the informal economy, mining sectors, herding and the disabled are faced with severe problems of unemployment. The main reasons of unemployment in Mongolia lie in the mismatch between the demand and supply in labor market, regional disparities, weakness of policy and regulation system, etc. Mongolia has implemented series of countermeasures to solve the unemployment problem, such as to improve the policy and regulation system, give full play to mining sectors in creating new jobs, ＂formalize＂ the informal economy and improve the social security system, etc.
