摘　　要：牛皮癣是临床常见的一种难治性疾病,周仲瑛教授认为其病机复杂,由瘀热、湿热、风热搏结酿毒为患,治疗当凉血化瘀、利湿润燥、祛风解毒复合为法,提出了凉化除湿解毒汤,本方由犀角地黄汤、紫草快斑汤、桃仁承气汤、升降散组成,临床取得良好效果。Psoriasis is an intractable disease commonly seen in the clinic. Prof. Zhou believes that its pathogenesis is complicated. It is caused by stagnated heat, damp heat and wind heat, which struggle with each other and cause toxin. The treatment should be based on cooling the blood to remove stasis, removing the dampness and moistening the dryness, and dispelling the wind to resolve the toxin. Liang Hua Chu Shi Jie Du decoction was proposed, which is composed of Xi Jiao Di Huang decoction, Zi Cao Kuai Ban decoction, Tao Ren Cheng Qi decoction and Sheng Jiang powder. The clinical effect was favorable.
