摘　　要：现今,乡村医生专指取得了乡村医生证书以及乡村医生执业证书的这类村级行医群体。在乡村医生个体经营村卫生室为主导的农村卫生服务模式下,造成了诸多不利于农村卫生服务发展的现实问题。要想改变农村卫生服务的现状,就必须摒弃以市场为主导的个体经营模式,建立一种全新、有效的乡村医生长效运行机制。Nowadays, the country doctors only refer to the ones who have the country doctor＇s certificate as well as the country doctor practicing certificate. Under the country healthy service pattern dominated by the country doctor operating privately the village clinic, there are many real problems that are harmful to the development of country healthy services. To change the situation of country healthy services, people must give up the market-oriented self-employed operation pattern and establish a totally new and effective long-term operation mechanism of country doctors.
