摘  要:从应急管理运作流程纵向集成的角度,将应急物资划分为响应期物资与恢复期物资两大类。针对恢复期物资的需求量依赖于响应期物资短缺量的特点,提出了基于跨期一体化的最优订货量单周期库存模型。按照依赖关系为确定性与随机性的2种情况,分析了模型的解析性质,在此基础上,设计了解析仿真算法。通过算例分析,说明了考虑依赖关系中随机部分的重要性。In the perspective of the vertical integration of operational process in emergency management, the emergency materials can be classified into response materials and recovery materials. According to the characteristic that the demand for the recovery materials depends on the stock shortage of the response ma- terials, an inter-temporal integrated single-period inventory model for solving optimal order quantity is proposed. In the light of the classification of the dependent relationship of the two kinds of materials-certain and stochastic, the research analyses the analytic properties of the model. And based on the analysis, an analytic-based simulation algorithm is introduced. Finally, a numerical example is given and the result demonstrates that the consideration of the stochastic part of the dependent relationship is of significant importance.
