摘　　要：商业和政府组织越来越多地引进关键的软件、系统和IT功能。但是,它们购买的技术解决方案时常不能成功地持续下去。CMMI-ACQ在为采购方或采购专业领域的CMMI框架应用提供指导。对CMMI-ACQ模型进行了简介,并与CMMI-DEV进行了比较。CMMI-ACQ模型对采购方提高外包软件质量和管理能力以及甲方过程改进提供了系统的指导。Commercial and governmental organizations are increasingly the key to the introduction of the software, systems and IT services, but not development by themselves.However, the purchase of their technical solutions often can not successfully continue.By the introduction of information technology outsourcing,to provide efficient,low-cost,flexible and rapid response services,has become more and more popular in government agencies and software companies.CMMI-ACQ provided guidance for acquirer or Acquisition professionals in the field of application of CMMI framework to.In this paper,it introduced CMMI-ACQ model,and compared with CMMI-DEV model.Believe that the CMMI-ACQ model for outsourcing to improve the quality of software and management capabilities as well as the acquirer to improve the process of providing systematic guidance.
