摘 要:为了建立高效液相方法测定10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)工业品的检测条件和方法,采用高效液相色谱外标法测定了人工合成的10-HDA的含量。实验采用的色谱条件如下:色谱柱为DiamonsilC18,流动相为V(甲醇):V(水):V(酸)=60:40:0.2,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为210nm。实验结果表明:测定方法的线性关系良好,R=0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.057%,回收率为97.8%~100.9%。测定方法简单、快速、准确,重现性好,回收率高,适用于工业产品10-HDA的含量测定。In order to establish the testing conditions and approach of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) industrial products with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the contents of synthetic IO-HDA were determined by external standard method with HPLC. The chromatography conditions were selected as follows: 10-HDA could be separated on Diamonsil C18 column by using CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4 (60:40:0.2, V/V/V) as the mobile phase at 1.0ml/min, and then the UV detection wavelength was fixed at 210 nm. The results showed that the linear relation was good and R =0.9994, RSD was 0.057% and the recovery rate was 97.8%-100.9%. This method is proved to be simple, fast and accurate and it has good reproduction quality and high recovery rate. It can be used to determine the content of 10-HDA industrial products.
