摘　　要：介绍应用气相色谱法进行测定粮谷(水稻、玉米、大豆)中低毒硫磷的农残量,试样采用乙醇提取,提取液经液-液分离后,再经弗罗里硅土柱净化,气相色谱—火焰光度检测器(附526nm)滤光片直接测定,外标法定量,色谱柱选择HP-1701的石英毛细管柱。方法简便、准确、实用。本法对多种有机磷农残的检测限为0.5μg/kg,平均加标回收率为92.8%,平均相对标准偏差为4.5%,符合国家检测标准。The application of gas chromatography in determination of the prothiophos in cereal grain （rice, corn, soybeans） was introduced. The sample was extracted with ethanol, and the extract was separated by liquid-liquid separation, and then purified by a Florisil column. And the gas chromatography-flame photometric detector （526nm filter attached） was used to determine with external standard method. The HP-1701 quartz capillary column was selected. This method is simple, accurate and practical. The detection limit is 0.5μg/kg for various organic phosphorus pesticides, the average recovery of standard addition is 94%, and the average relative standard deviation is 4.5%, and it can meet the national testing standards.
