摘　　要：内毒素血症是现代医学面临的一个常见而复杂的难题。内毒素是革兰阴性菌的主要成分，抗菌药物在杀菌的同时会诱导内毒素的产生，增加治病难度。中药制剂显示了很好的抗内毒素作用，中西医结合比单纯西医治疗效果要好。Endotoxemia is a very common and complicated problem faced by modem medicine. Endotoxin has been recognized as a major player in the pathogenesis of gram negative bacteria,and more, the induction of endotoxins had resulted in complexity antibacterial therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine preparations had demonstrated the potential of antiendotoxin. Therapeutic efficacy which was treated by the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than that of conventional western medicine.
